The defining characteristic of a gas frit is the presence of large volumes of oil at high temperatures near open flame or hot combustion channels. Cold zone geometry directly affects the heat transfer of the burner to the treasure, the position of the thermostat sensor, and the safety of the oil discharge valve. Even if single and double treasure models share the same outer trunk, the total heat input, oil content, and control system may differ.
The safety limiter, which prevents oil from moving into the holding area when the normal thermostat is faulty, must operate independently of the control thermostat. When the oil level is low or the treasure is empty, the operation of the burner can cause the metal temperature to rise to a dangerous level. The timing of the blaze, the time of the gas cutting and restarting are also examined.
The oil and food residue accumulated in the fridge can block the barrier or the air intake of the burner. Since misplacement of parts removed for cleaning can affect the flame and temperature, maintenance instructions are part of product safety. If there is an electronic timer or control card, EMC; if there is a pump or lifting mechanism, mechanical risks are conditionally examined. The GAR module path is operated by an approved entity; the manufacturer checks the changes in thermostat, limiter, valve and gas according to the approved type in series production.

ISO management system certification does not replace product-specific risk analysis, test evidence and compliance file.
