Does using a cleaning contractor end our hygiene responsibilities?
Methods, chemicals, contact times and application boundaries should suit your production. Check results and effects such as residues. Define duties and change notifications contractually. Regular visits alone do not establish that equipment reaches the necessary hygienic condition.
How should practice be monitored after staff receive hygiene training?
Observe working behaviour, hand hygiene, equipment use and product changes. Correct unclear or impractical steps and provide necessary resources. Attendance alone does not establish sustained correct practice. Include temporary personnel and different shifts appropriately.
