Verify EAC documents and current status
Search the official document register using the exact registration number and document type.
Read the register record as well as the document
Search the official document register using the exact registration number and document type. Compare applicant, manufacturer, product models, regulation, dates and status with the proposed supply. Open the relevant national record where available; a PDF or QR image alone is not a complete current-status check.
Record the source and checking date. Distinguish a matching active entry from expired, suspended, cancelled or unresolved status. If a record cannot be found or identities differ, seek clarification through the responsible official or assessment participant instead of concluding validity from a logo.
Responsible preparation and decision
Conditional case: the certificate is within its printed dates but the register status is suspended. Keep the conflict visible and obtain authoritative clarification before relying on it; printed dates alone do not settle current status.
Kayra can organize documents and coordinate questions. The responsible applicant, assessment body and laboratory retain their assigned duties. Kayra is not presented as an EAC issuer, regulator or accredited laboratory; preparation does not guarantee acceptance or a date.
