The accepted body decides conformity

SASO establishes the framework and accepts conformity assessment bodies. SABER carries the registration and request process. For regulated commercial products, the importer chooses an accepted body and submits the product models and technical file. That body examines the evidence and decides conformity; successful payment or a consultant’s file check is not its approval.

Shipment approval is a separate task

The official shipment guide routes a regulated product to the body that issued its product certificate. The body must approve inclusion in the shipment certificate. If an importer asks Kayra to approve a changed invoice or model, Kayra can clarify the discrepancy and coordinate a response, but cannot take the body’s decision or grant customs release.

Scope and decision verification

Kayra Patent supports requirement analysis, document preparation and process coordination. Conformity or certification decisions belong to the independent body or public authority authorised under the applicable law and programme. Kayra cannot replace that decision or guarantee a certificate. Verify the issuer, scope, dates and any official register entry.
