Check SABER certificates and actual coverage
Verify the product and shipment records against the goods rather than relying on a screenshot.
Check identity, scope and status
Use the importer’s official SABER record and issued certificate details to check certificate number, product identity, models and expiry or current status. Reconcile them with the technical evidence and actual goods. A PDF or screenshot showing a valid date is insufficient when its model or importer does not match. Ask the responsible body or official support to resolve uncertain records.
Verify the shipment independently
Match the shipment certificate to its invoices, models, quantities and shipment information. The official SABER notice checked on 4 October 2026 extends shipment-certificate validity from 60 to 90 days; verify the dates and status of the actual issued certificate. This period does not convert one shipment certificate into permission for every later shipment. Kayra can organise checks but cannot certify authenticity or issue official validity decisions.
