Lift CE versus maintenance and periodic inspection
Separate placing-on-market conformity from checks during operation.
Different purposes and evidence
Lift CE concerns the applicable product-conformity procedure for the completed lift; component assessment concerns the listed safety component. Maintenance addresses continued operation, while periodic examination follows the national in-service regime. A maintenance record or satisfactory inspection label does not reconstruct missing original conformity evidence, and a component certificate does not assess the whole lift.
Keep each responsible party visible
Türkiye’s official legislative list separates 2014/33/AB product rules from operating and maintenance rules. Identify the installer, notified body and competent operating-inspection provider for the actual tasks. If a control is replaced, review both the physical operating issue and effects on assessed product scope. Kayra can coordinate documentation but does not issue periodic-inspection results or notified-body decisions.
