Lift CE records: connect design to the installed lift
Prepare the selected procedure’s technical evidence for the actual installation.
Technical evidence for the selected route
Identify installer, lift serial identity, site, speed, load, travel and conformity procedure. Connect drawings, calculations, safety circuits, component documents and tests to the real installation. Annex VIII unit verification requires its stated technical documentation, including component type certificates and instructions; other permitted routes have their own requirements. A general ISO certificate is not this lift’s technical file.
Record the actual condition
If drawings show a different pit or clearance, document the discrepancy and completed corrective work. Do not invent a final test or replace a component report’s model number. Kayra can organise evidence and responses; the installer implements the work and signs its declaration after the applicable procedure. The notified body retains its assessment tasks, and operating inspection records remain separate.
