Connect materials, drawings, samples and reports to the supplied model. Show how manufacturing controls maintain the assessed configuration. Respond to findings with evidence of completed actions, not merely revised procedures; the WMCAB determines acceptance.
Responsible preparation and decision
Conditional case: a hose sample passes but production uses a different liner and end fitting. Disclose both changes and ask what reassessment is needed. Do not transfer the old result, fabricate quality records or claim successful licensing before the decision.
