WaterMark records: prove model, material and factory scope
Provide product function and intended use, model and variant lists, materials, drawings, manufacturing sites and existing licence details.
Build a traceable manufacturing file
Provide product function and intended use, model and variant lists, materials, drawings, manufacturing sites and existing licence details. Identify the current schedule and approved specification. Let the WMCAB confirm required testing and manufacturing-quality records rather than using one generic checklist.
Map each report to tested samples, components and configurations. Maintain controlled instructions, marking and Scope of Use information and document actual production checks. A component report does not automatically cover a complete assembly, and changing the brand name does not establish equivalent evidence.
Responsible preparation and decision
Conditional case: a mixer range uses different alloys but the file contains one body’s report. List the variants and relevant differences, then obtain the WMCAB’s evidence requirements. Do not edit the report to imply all materials were tested.
Kayra can organize documents and coordinate questions. The manufacturer or licence holder, WMCAB and laboratory retain their assigned duties. Kayra is not presented as a WaterMark issuer, regulator or accredited laboratory; preparation does not guarantee acceptance or a date.
