WaterMark renewal and surveillance: maintain the licensed scope
Read the actual licence conditions, approved specification and current scheme directions.
Plan continuing duties with the WMCAB
Read the actual licence conditions, approved specification and current scheme directions. Plan ongoing conformity surveillance and recertification with the responsible WMCAB. A printed end date or repeated purchase of consultancy does not prove that required manufacturing-quality work remains complete.
Keep a change log for material, model, components and factories. Notify relevant changes and provide real quality and product evidence for the WMCAB’s review. Clarify required tests, corrected controls and any licence amendment; do not assume unchanged branding means unchanged licensed scope.
Responsible preparation and decision
Conditional case: the licence holder moves hose assembly to a new factory before surveillance. Disclose the location and controls and ask what assessment is needed. Do not copy the previous factory records, invent an inspection or describe renewal as an automatic extension.
Kayra can organize documents and coordinate questions. The manufacturer or licence holder, WMCAB and laboratory retain their assigned duties. Kayra is not presented as a WaterMark issuer, regulator or accredited laboratory; preparation does not guarantee acceptance or a date.
