TSE product assessment: demonstrate the actual product and production controls
Prepare evidence for the identified standard, sample and manufacturing site; a completed checklist does not establish that production controls work.
Connect each requirement to the submitted product
Start with the actual product scope and applicable Turkish standard accepted for the TSE application. Identify the model, configuration and manufacturing site before arranging examination. Map each relevant requirement to the proposed evidence and ask TSE which existing results can be accepted; another product’s passing report is not an automatic substitute.
Product examination and the ability to maintain conformity in manufacture answer different questions. A sample result concerns what was examined under its stated conditions. Production records must show how the applicant controls the relevant characteristics during actual manufacture. A management-system certificate alone does not establish every product requirement.
A calibration list without usable production records leaves a gap
Conditional example: the factory presents an instrument inventory and calibration certificates, but its release record for batch B-17 contains no measured results for a characteristic that the applicable requirement needs controlled. The instrument paperwork does not establish that the batch was checked. Identify the actual requirement, instrument, operator and retained result rather than declaring the gap closed by the inventory.
Investigate whether usable contemporaneous records exist and what happened to the affected batch. Where evidence is missing, agree the necessary investigation or repeat examination through the applicable programme; do not reconstruct a fictitious historical result. A new measurement can describe the item measured now but cannot silently become a record of the earlier production check.
Close findings with evidence, then obtain the programme decision
For each finding, separate immediate containment, the underlying cause and the implemented correction. Show how the changed control will be used, who performs it and what record allows the next assessment to check it. The required sampling, tests, visits and acceptance depend on the product programme; this guide does not prescribe a universal sequence or frequency.
The applicant implements the controls and supplies truthful records; the laboratory reports its examination and TSE assesses and decides within its programme. Kayra can help map requirements, check traceability and coordinate agreed preparation. A consultant’s closed checklist cannot replace TSE’s acceptance of evidence or its certification decision.
