Evidence for a TSE product application
Prepare evidence for the actual product, sample and factory; separate company authority, technical reports and real production controls.
Company documents and product evidence answer different questions
Identify the legal applicant, authorised representative, product, brand, models, manufacturing site and agreed technical basis. The current portal and product guide govern the actual transaction requirements. Company authority or an electronic signature establishes a submission role; it does not demonstrate product performance.
Prepare the records requested for the actual TSE programme and relevant standard, rather than treating a copied document pack as universally mandatory. Drawings, material specifications, full reports and production-control records should show product identity, revision, site and the requirement supported. Record missing or unclear links explicitly.
Trace the report back to the actual sample
Conditional example: the production record identifies sample Q-21 from the proposed factory, while the submitted report identifies G-21 and another site. A similar product description is insufficient. Obtain the sample identification and underlying records, compare configuration and origin, and ask TSE about the evidence’s acceptability before closing the requirement.
A laboratory’s logo or a report’s authenticity does not resolve the sample mismatch. Keep test method, tested configuration, result, applicable basis and actual sample relationship readable. Do not change report identifiers or fabricate a link. If relevance cannot be established, leave the gap open and plan the needed examination with the responsible parties.
Show real production control and current versions
Where the programme requires production-control evidence, connect the relevant controls to actual equipment, responsible people and genuine batch records. A blank control form or copied procedure demonstrates neither implementation nor consistent production. TSE assesses the required evidence and production conditions in its programme; a consultant cannot deem its private checklist accepted.
Keep the requirement–record–revision–product/site–open-work table current when the design or factory changes. The company supplies truthful records and implements corrections; Kayra can review completeness and coordinate contracted preparation. File readiness, TSE evidence acceptance and certificate decision are separate results, without a guaranteed fee or completion date.
