Verify a TSE product certificate and its current scope
Check the official TSE record, holder, product/brand, factory and status; separate document authenticity from coverage of the goods offered.
Identify the certificate, not just the supplier’s logo
Obtain the complete TSE product certificate and its annexes, reference number and holder. Compare the product, brand, model, technical basis and manufacturing site with the goods actually offered. A management-system certificate or service-place HYB is a different assessment subject and should not be described as the product’s certificate.
Use the official certified-company enquiry for the matching holder and certificate information. Where the document provides a TSE verification link or code, use the official document-verification channel for that document. A screenshot without the full scope is not enough to determine what TSE certified.
A reseller’s new brand can leave a real scope gap
Conditional example: a reseller’s quotation names a new brand, while the supplier’s certificate identifies another brand and factory. The genuine supplier document may still fail to establish coverage of the offered goods. Compare label, model, manufacturing origin and certificate annexes; ask the holder and TSE about the unresolved brand or scope relationship.
Do not fix the mismatch by changing the certificate PDF, replacing its holder name or adding the reseller’s logo. Keep authenticated source, matching product and unresolved differences as separate findings. A commercial relationship or invoice does not itself amend the scope accepted by TSE.
Read status and dates without assuming automatic renewal
Compare the current official status and the dates shown for the actual certificate. If an older PDF conflicts with the record, request the current document and clarification through the official channel. A renewal request or consultant work order does not itself extend certificate validity or permit mark use outside current conditions.
An absent search result alone establishes neither fraud nor coverage: check spelling, reference and the appropriate enquiry channel, then request TSE verification if unresolved. A source-authenticated certificate also does not prove that a changed product or manufacturing site remains within its accepted scope.
Record the decision still needed
Write a short comparison of the offered goods, certificate record, matching fields and open discrepancies. Provide the complete certificate, labels, models, manufacturing information and known changes. TSE remains responsible for its scope and certification decisions; a consultancy review cannot add a brand, factory or period.
Kayra can support a contracted document and scope consistency review. The company supplies truthful information; the issuing TSE channel resolves its official record. The useful output is evidence of what matches and what still needs confirmation, not a promise that every document called TSE is valid for the purchase.
