TGB examination: evidence of implemented arrangements
A preparation review must distinguish documents, implementation and the official inspection.
Applicable scope
Use the MSB document and inspection-form route applicable to the facility. Reconcile the submitted premises and security organisation with the actual site. A prepared procedure is not evidence that it is implemented; identify the records and authorised persons needed for the official examination.
Records and responsibilities
Maintain a gap log that connects each observation to the affected area, supporting record, responsible person and corrective action. Preserve the Ministry's actual request or finding. Avoid inventing technical protection specifications or claiming that a private review closes an official observation.
Example and limits
Example: a visitor procedure exists but its responsible officer and records cannot be identified. Resolve the implementation gap before declaring readiness.
