TGB application records: applicant, premises and controlled handling
Use the actual MSB list rather than a generic ISO document pack.
Applicable scope
MSB's TGB page lists the application and renewal letter examples, requested-information list, protocol, relevant undertakings, TÖGEK example and inspection form. Check the current originals and their applicability. Establish legal applicant identity, authorised signatories, actual site and requested scope without fabricating declarations.
Records and responsibilities
Coordinate the required KGB records separately from facility evidence. Keep an inventory of requested documents, versions, approval responsibilities and secure delivery arrangements. The published list identifies the route, not permission to disclose protected information to any recipient; use the authorised channel for classified material.
Example and limits
Example: the letter names one address while the facility plan shows another. Resolve that discrepancy before submission.
