TGB costs and timing: scope the preparation and official route
Separate Ministry charges, site improvements and consultancy milestones.
Applicable scope
Budget for the actual premises, requested classification, document gaps and necessary implementation work. Consult the current official MSB fee route for applicable charges; no fixed official fee is asserted here. Quote optional Kayra preparation, translations and site changes separately from the authority's charges.
Records and responsibilities
File preparation, submission, examination, corrective work and the official decision are separate stages. Personnel-clearance coordination and changes to the facility can affect the schedule. Do not turn a consultant's delivery date into a promised MSB decision date or a universal completion period.
Example and limits
Example: the applicant moves to another building after receiving a quotation. Reassess premises, records and the applicable Ministry process instead of keeping an obsolete scope and deadline. Kayra may revise its own work estimate; paying the consultant does not purchase clearance.
