Verifying TGB: actual issuer, facility and scope
Check the official record rather than the appearance of a certificate.
Applicable scope
Compare the issuing authority, holder, exact premises, classification, scope and dates against the authentic document and appropriate Ministry information. Distinguish national and NATO-related scope where relevant; a familiar logo or similar company name does not establish equivalence.
Records and responsibilities
Use the published MSB firm-list route or the appropriate authorised verification channel, recognising that public information may not expose every detail. Request a legitimate clarification where records disagree. Do not publish classified particulars or infer validity solely from an old private scan.
Example and limits
Example: a supplier's document names a former address or a different legal entity. Keep the status unresolved until the mismatch is clarified. Kayra can help reconcile records, but no specific company or clearance has been verified by this page and no project eligibility is guaranteed.
