TGB renewal and changes: preserve the recorded scope
Treat expiry and material changes through the official process.
Applicable scope
MSB publishes a separate renewal-letter example. Check the actual document's dates and the current renewal instructions; this page does not assert a universal validity period or automatic renewal. Identify the operator responsible for tracking deadlines and preserving the required conditions.
Records and responsibilities
Assess changes in legal entity, premises, security responsibilities, controlled areas or project scope against applicable Ministry requirements. Record what changed, when, which documents are affected and which official clarification is needed. Updating an internal procedure does not itself extend or transfer clearance.
Example and limits
Example: a workshop relocates while the old TGB remains on a website. Review the new premises and official change route before representing them as covered. Kayra may prepare the change log and file; the authority decides the resulting clearance status.
