Choosing a TSE HYB Preparation Provider

Define the preparation task you need

Provide the actual service, addresses, existing HYB/application and technical basis confirmed with TSE. The task may be scope matching, evidence-gap review, file organisation or tracking implementation. Choose the work from the real gap, rather than a certificate promise or a displayed logo.

Specify outputs such as a scope note, requirement-to-evidence table, missing-work owners and file-review record in the contract. A preparation provider’s own certificate does not establish that the applicant’s workplace has been certified by TSE. Ask what information and action the applicant must supply.

Compare offers using the same deliverable

Conditional case: two offers say HYB, but one reads the existing file while the other also tracks missing staff/equipment evidence for a second branch. Compare the addresses, service, evidence checked, implementation owner and external work before comparing the prices as equivalent services.

Separate official TSE application/review, contracted preparation and company corrections. State included work and exclusions. Complete missing records from genuine sources; inventing a qualification or past service job is not an acceptable preparation output. A low document-only price may leave implementation work outside the contract.

Keep preparation authority separate from the decision

A consulting contract does not confer authority to issue HYB, add another workplace or guarantee a favourable result. Agree the output and completion conditions while leaving the actual TSE process dependencies clear. The company implements the service conditions and TSE evaluates within its programme. If the requested document is Ministry SSHYB, identify that separate procedure first.
