Read the actual certificate and follow-up requirements

Compare number, holder, workplace, scope and current state with TSE’s official record. Obtain validity and follow-up dates from the actual certificate, contract and current TSE request. A completed preparation file or a submitted renewal request does not itself extend the existing certificate.

Confirm whether the required work is renewal, follow-up, scope change or address change with TSE. Do not turn an old guide’s duration into a universal HYB cycle. The current service and its conditions must be known before a reliable task calendar can be agreed.

Show how changes affect the service conditions

Compare the earlier scope with today’s activity, location, personnel and important equipment. Determine the effect on the applicable standard/criterion and the necessary notification or assessment with TSE. Keep actual continuing service records, open corrections and changed evidence distinct from the old application file.

Conditional case: the worker whose relevant qualification supported the earlier review has left; the replacement performs a different task. The old qualification does not close today’s condition. Verify the current role and required competence, identify the gap and prepare genuine evidence. Copying the old list under a renewal heading cannot establish compliance.

Keep certificate and mark use within their limits

TSE’s published 29 May 2024 mark procedure restricts use to the valid certificate/contract scope and directs readers to check the current version. Confirm the actual current conditions for the project. Do not present a product, management-system or service certificate as covering another document’s scope.

For suspension or termination, follow TSE’s current use instructions; pending renewal does not justify a certified impression for an uncovered service or address.
