TSE HYB Cost and Timing: Define the Work Before the Quote
Plan HYB preparation, official TSE work and corrective implementation separately; the actual scope and evidence gaps determine cost and timing.
Supply the inputs that change the work
A useful HYB quotation starts with the legal applicant, service address or addresses, actual activities, current standard/criterion confirmed for them and existing records. State whether this is a first application, an added service or a changed workplace. A certificate name alone does not establish how much preparation or TSE work is required.
Conditional case: a company asks for one price for two workshops, but only the first has the relevant equipment and service records. Separate the second site’s actual requirements and gaps. Counting both addresses as one ready file would hide implementation work and make the quotation unsuitable for the real application scope.
Separate the costs and the deliverables
Distinguish contracted scope/gap review and document preparation from official TSE charges and the company’s implementation costs. Identify whether equipment, relevant controls, staff competence, record reconstruction from genuine sources or additional assessment work remains open. Do not invent missing records to make a low preparation price appear complete.
Compare quotations by the same deliverable and exclusions: which sites and services, which existing evidence is checked, who closes gaps, which external tasks and follow-up are included? A file-only review and a preparation service that tracks corrective work are different orders. Confirm current official charges directly with TSE for the identified application; this page supplies no fixed tariff.
Use dependent milestones rather than a guaranteed date
Schedule the scope confirmation, applicant authority, evidence readiness, official review arrangements and correction of identified deficiencies as separate dependencies. Ask TSE for its current applicable procedure and arrangements. A promised completion date before the activity and readiness are known is not a certification decision or reliable plan.
If the required tool for the second workshop is unavailable, a completed draft does not close that condition. Update the gap owner, evidence and schedule; distinguish preparation completion from TSE’s decision. Kayra can plan its contracted work, while the applicant implements conditions and TSE controls its review and decision. No favourable outcome or fixed certificate date is guaranteed.
