Verify a TSE-HYB certificate and its current scope

Find the certificate in TSE’s company search

Open TSE’s certified-company search. Use the company name, TS standard number and complete certificate number where available, and check the current state field. Open the company result to compare the holder, actual service address and standard or criterion with the document and the service you need. BelgeNet application access serves a different purpose.

Hypothetical case: a service provider supplies the same company’s HYB PDF for another address. The shared name and logo do not establish coverage of the place doing the work. Record the address and service-scope difference and ask TSE to clarify it before relying on that certificate.

Use the document’s verification link and read its status

If the document provides an official TSE verification code or QR link, follow that document-specific link. The verification system can show the holder, issue date, validity date, number and licence status. Its blank homepage is not the company-name search for all certificates; it needs the document’s own verification information.

Authenticity and current validity are separate checks. A genuine document may have suspended, cancelled, expired or mismatched scope. If the search finds nothing, check the number and link and request confirmation from TSE; absence of a result alone is not evidence of fraud. Keep the search date and the exact matched record.

Decide what the result actually permits

HYB concerns the service place and standard or criterion recorded in its scope. It is not automatically a product TSE/TSEK document, CE conformity, a Ministry after-sales certificate or permission for every branch. Match the actual requested service and place rather than extending a result to another activity.
