TSE HYB Assessment: Match the Evidence to Actual Service Work
Prepare for the scope-specific TSE review by linking requirements, current evidence and real practice; a consultant’s check is not the decision.
Confirm what will be assessed
Identify the requested service, workplace and current standard/criterion with TSE. Ask for the applicable review arrangements and evidence requests, including how the service place and its practice are evaluated. Do not assume one universal visit length, sample count or assessment sequence for every service category.
Before the review, connect each relevant requirement to the actual practice and its evidence. Have the people responsible for the work able to explain the records. A consultant’s completed checklist is preparation; it does not establish that TSE has accepted a requirement or that a service condition is operating.
Test the connection between procedure and practice
Use a real recorded service job to check traceability from the equipment and date to the work, responsible person and relevant tool/control evidence. Where the applicable basis requires a condition, compare written instructions with what is actually done. A blank form or a polished manual cannot show that the condition was fulfilled.
Conditional case: the instruction requires a relevant check before equipment is returned, but the job record has no check result and the responsible worker describes a different practice. Identify the actual requirement and discrepancy. Correct the practice and supply genuine completion evidence; editing the instruction alone cannot prove the missing earlier result.
Track findings to the right decision
For an identified deficiency, record the requirement, finding, necessary correction, owner and completion evidence. Follow TSE’s actual follow-up request and distinguish an open action from one accepted in its review. Do not close every finding solely because a consultant marked the file complete.
The applicant implements service conditions; TSE evaluates and decides within its programme. Kayra can help with preparation and action tracking within its contract. Keep the preparation record, TSE review and certification decision separate, and update any promised work milestones when corrections remain unresolved. No fixed favourable result or certificate date follows from preparation completion.
